Flavon castle - Haselburg

Flavon castle Haselburg lies in the South of Bolzano.

The old walls of the Haselburg, a castle built in the 12th century, surmount a buttress of rock overlooking the town district Haslach. Haselburg occupies a vantage point affording a sweeping view of the Bolzano valley basin and the Adige Valley.

The castle complex was lovingly restored in 2002, creating rooms which serve as venues for the most varied events.

Gourmets are indulged in the castle restaurant by the chef, who runs the kitchen combining classic dishes with modern cuisine.
